A unique deep relaxation and meditative experience with specially crafted gongs, singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. At the time of the waning crescent moon, we will focus on releasing and letting go, preparing our mind-body-spirit for the new cycle to begin as we get closer to the time of the new moon. This sound experience includes a brief talk about the benefits of sound vibrations, the use of essential oil and gentle movement to improve the energy flow, followed by a tranquil soundscape immersion with multiple gongs, singing bowls and other overtone-emitting instruments that give you a sense of clarity and harmony.

This nurturing experience will soothe your mind, relaxes your body, reduces stress, clears energetic blockage while being in a blissful altered state of consciousness so that you can feel good inside out.
